My choogle of the day or "moment of epiphany" was that almost any choice can lead to an infinite regress. Mine was that to make wine one has many choices of ingredients and process. Yet, in the end ones does not know whether one has made something of excellence or mediocrity. It is worse! Mediocity to one may be excellence to another!
